Will definitely be returning. We had a nice selection of house made sausages with theeeeee most amazing crispy fried onions, house chips and smoked Mac and cheese on the side.



Unparalleled beer list.



We inhaled it so fast I couldn’t even take a photo of our most phallic and delicious meal



Lovely space, welcoming decor, didn’t have to shout over music, server was attentive and knowledgeable.

We had the Fallen Tomber meadjito, mac and cheese, candied beet salad and a selection of sausages. The Otto dog and candied beets were to die for. We couldn't resist adding salted caramel creme brûlée for dessert.

We had heard that a fantastic new joint had opened in the north east and as we love adventure, we took the bus and train and followed our noses to Otto a month ago for the first time!! We were so impressed we added Otto to our "best spots" list and went again last night!



Ed and his staff are amazing and make you feel like friends/family as soon as you walk in! The space is on the smaller size and always extremely busy. We have sat at the bar (where all the action happens) both times we have been. The atmosphere is comfortable and trendy! The craft beer list is extensive with many tasty options for all pallets! So nice to see local products used as much as possible!!



The food is simple but so so tasty with again different sausage options. One is never enough!! Our favs are the Italian Fennel and OTTO dog! The candies beets and the fries are fantastic!! And the desert is just the added bonus!!!



We are so impressed with this spot and encourage all those that crave meat and beer to give it a try. Just be patient if it is busy, as it is worth it!!

We absolutely love this place! so lucky to have an amazing neighbourhood place that has everything.. Kid friendly, amazing food, wicked customer service, I would recommend to any looking for great food and great atmosphere x

This lovely neighbourhood restaurant is not only a great addition to the neighbourhood, it is a fantastic addition to the Edmonton restaurant scene. The food is simple and delicious, blending the best in ingredients with the most loving appreciation for good meat. The drinks available show an understanding of what makes a good experience - high quality beers, wines and spirits and of course, bubbly options for abstainers - while the staff have a great knowledge of what is on tap and what pairs well with the meal. What makes this restaurant that much better is the warm woody ambience and the incredibly friendly staff and ever inviting owner, Ed. I go for food, friendship, a warm hug and great smile, and an overall sense of satisfaction. Plus, I am not afraid to say this, the best French Fries in the city.

The most amazing sausages I have ever tried. I cannot express the flavor combinations and I'm drooling a bit now just thinking about them. Presentation and sides were fantastic along with the service. Very vast craft beer selection to choose from. A fantastic night all around! Will be back!

Simply fantastic! Great sausage, great beer, great Mac n cheese and the potato salad wow. The great level of care taken in making fantastic food is immediately evident from the first bite right through to the last. No corners cut every component of the meal compliments the other.

Ottos has quicky become my absolute, hands down favourite restaurant. That's not to say that it's perfect. The mac and cheese is usually great but last time it was a touch bland. HOWEVER the sausage and fries are always phenomenal. Not a meat eater? Well they have vegetarian stuff too. I tried one of them, even though I enjoy meat, and it wasn't bad. Although I still prefer the meat ones. Try the Otto Dog with hopped mustard. It's a game changer. I know this sounds shilly but honestly this restaurant deserves to be tried at least once. The owner is also the nicest man in the world. My family and I went there yesterday to celebrate something and we told him it was my favourite restaurant. It lit him up like a kid at christmas. Try this place at least once and order a few things and share. You won't regret it.

Otto is close enough for us to walk to, and the vegan sausage keeps us coming back! Great food, and the service is fast and friendly. This is a welcome addition to our little neighbourhood.

My heart and belly are full after our visit here tonight! I used to work in the Norwood area and to see a trendy restaurant serving up delicious food is truly wonderful. It is a comfortable place where you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door. The owners are extremely lovely people. Going out with young children can be scary but we knew we were in the right place. We even had an offer to hold our babe so we could enjoy our meal. The sausage selection and sides were plentiful and tasted so good. Great drink menu as well. We certainly will be back!! �

My family eats here quite frequently, and we have never, ever been disappointed.... But they added something to their beer list that elevates them just a wee bit higher than 5 stars.... Salted Caramel beer. If there is an emoji for my mind exploding, please insert it here.....

I truly am grateful that I was introduced to this wonderful food and continue to bring in friends and family so that they can enjoy the great atmosphere the welcoming staff and the absolutely fantastic food the mac & cheese is comparable to sex.

I saw the menu online and admit I was a little skeptical (just sausage??) but decided to give it a shot.



The bar list is amazing and whether you like beer, wine, stout or cider you are sure to find something to your liking.



The food is incredible. I've tried the Otto dog, the Italian fennel and the chorizo verde and have not had a bad dish yet. The sauerkraut and spicy mayo are excellent complements to the sausage and the fries, which are crispy and tossed in a light garlic butter, are to die for.



Staff are warm and friendly and efficient, the entire restaurant is very clean and well-kept. A welcome addition to my neighbourhood!

I had heard so many great things about Otto and couldn't wait to try it. Took myself on a birthday date and was not disappointed. Was recommended the chorizo sausage and added a side of their house fries. I'll dream about those fries tonight. The service was over the top amazing. So friendly and inviting. So lucky to have this as my neighbourhood pub. AND it's bike themed. It just doesn't get any better.i don't know how many times per week you need to go to a place to be considered a regular, but count me in!

I booked space for 30 people for a surprise birthday party. The restaurant was great at setting everything up. The servers were amazing, we never had an empty glass. We didn't order off the menu, they just made us platters of a few of their dishes. The Mac and Cheese and Otto dogs were definitely my favorite! The owner greeted everyone as we arrived and thanked us as we left. Definitely going back! Great service, food and atmosphere!

Highly recommend!! This hidden gem never disappoints! Food is delicious and it's cozy atmosphere makes this restaurant one of our favorite spots. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere are excellent. Don't let the idea of the location through you off. Tried each of the sides and they were all great. The sausages each have a wonderful flavour. Great place to take the family or a group of friends.
