We have an extensive expertise in space planning for both residential and commercial spaces, re-purposing space solutions, renovation concepts and drawings, solutions to make homes and residences safer for seniors. Our firm also deals with Sustainable designs and Energy efficient solutions for any scale of building. At Outlandish Design Inc. , Building Compositions and their Designs are words that we are extremely passionate about. We believe that a great functional design is something that everyone should strive to achieve, whether it's a small house plan or a large scale commercial structure. Each project should reflect the taste and personality of the client and ignite the imagination of others. It is our job to make this process easier and we know how to turn this vision into a reality. Outlandish Design Inc. is a "Design Consultation" firm, established in 2016. Just as the name suggests, we had an outlandish idea and thus came into existence, "Outlandish Design Inc. ". Our team comprises of our directors, Tanisha Singh and Ximena Herrera. While one has a flair for creative and unorthodox design, the other possesses a mighty technical background and an eye for detail. With 8 years' experience in wholesome design and more than 15 years of technical experience in commercial and residential projects, we started out the company knowing that we had the expertise and the knowledge to offer in overseeing projects right from their conception to the final completion. We are proficient in generating permit drawings, Design development, Interior Design Finishes package, Space planning( for both residential and commercial spaces) and Renovation Concept drawings. We also have experience with senior facilities and barrier free design.
