This is the best place to be all the instructors and staff are amazing i would not go anywhere else such a good variety of classes пњљ

This is a great studio. They have a wide range of instructors so every class is different, even if it's the same class description. The variety is nice. The infrared is far more pleasant than other hot studios. It's not an intimidated space and they have great props so my practise is progressing quickly! I do wish they had showers so I could go straight to work after a hot class, but everything else is 5 stars! Their bootcamp class is awesome too! I look forward to trying more of their yoga fusion classes like Pilates and barre.

The atmosphere is fabulous and so are the instructors. I hve not been to a class that I did not enjoy. A great way to end the day is the C.L deep stretch and relaxation class.

Loving the instructors and Manleen, the owner is super sweet and lovely!!!

I will definitely be referring more people to this studio.

On April 24th, 2018 I had enough of a sore back and lack of activity. Then I saw a sign - a literal one - for Oxygen in Braeside. $10 for a trial week. Thought I'd give it a try. Today, as I post, it is May 31st and I have completed 36 classes since my first day of 'giving it a try'. Just as my trial ended, a 21 or 31 classes in 31-days challenge began so I thought - why not!? Tonight, after class, I will have done 31 classes in 31 days and I have no intention of stopping! What a fabulous studio filled with instructors who all bring something different to their classes. I am so appreciative of the knowledge, expertise and patience these people bring to the community. Thank you Oxygen!

Loved Karma week as I got to try out multiple classs. The infrared heating is a huge win for me- I didn't understand why everyone was making such a big deal about until I tried it, its so much nicer than regular hot yoga heating.

The staff are super friendly and every instructor I've has has been great.



Oh and Tracy's hot bar class is a MUST TRY, I looooved it :)

Love it! Infrared heating, great variety of classes, fabulous specials, clean fresh environment, lovely instructors, and super welcoming! It's already my regular hang out!! Hope to see you in class!!

I started attending classes at the studio back in August and I was instantly hooked. ItвАЩs a beautiful studio and the staff is always welcoming and very friendly. I love the fact that the offer a variety of classes so you have the room to mix up your week if your routine is starting to get a little boring. They always offer new and fun classes. I havenвАЩt been able to attend one of the glow classes yet but I am hoping they will offer them again.

I love the options, times, instructors and owners. It's simple and effective! Wish more of my life worked like this! Especially enjoy the rise and shine first thing with Rosemarie.

I looooovvvee this place and everyone who work here. I have been to a few different yoga facilities in my years and oxygen is by far the best I have ever been . Highly recommend!!! Classes are easy to follow and fun. I've really noticed a change in my body and in general yoga makes me happy.

I have just gotten into yoga and this has been the perfect studio to start at! The instructors are so kind and know how to tailor each class to everyone's needs. They made me feel comfortable instantly and part of the community that they are working so hard to build. I feel really grateful to have come across this place and would recommend it strongly to anyone! Thank you Oxygen Braeside for everything that you do!!!

I absolutely love this place. I have tried a variety of classes and enjoyed them all. Staff is super friendly. Recommend it to everyone looking to do yoga. Felt extremely welcomed and appreciated as a customer

I absolutely LOVE the infrared heat; I have been avoiding hot yoga because of the way other yoga studios heat their rooms. I would become faint in other studios due to the humidity and smells.

I did candlelight yoga yesterday. Extremely relaxing, instructed well, and the aromatherapy was amazing!

Fantastic studio. Loved every class I attended. Strong instructors, great heat, awesome owners.

Best studio and classes. Just вЭ§пЄПIt. Love the fusion classes.

The atmosphere is fabulous and so are the instructors. I hve not been to a class that I did not enjoy. A great way to end the day is the C.L deep stretch and relaxation class.

On April 24th, 2018 I had enough of a sore back and lack of activity. Then I saw a sign - a literal one - for Oxygen in Braeside. $10 for a trial week. Thought I'd give it a try. Today, as I post, it is May 31st and I have completed 36 classes since my first day of 'giving it a try'. Just as my trial ended, a 21 or 31 classes in 31-days challenge began so I thought - why not!? Tonight, after class, I will have done 31 classes in 31 days and I have no intention of stopping! What a fabulous studio filled with instructors who all bring something different to their classes. I am so appreciative of the knowledge, expertise and patience these people bring to the community. Thank you Oxygen!

Loved Karma week as I got to try out multiple classs. The infrared heating is a huge win for me- I didn't understand why everyone was making such a big deal about until I tried it, its so much nicer than regular hot yoga heating.

The staff are super friendly and every instructor I've has has been great.



Oh and Tracy's hot bar class is a MUST TRY, I looooved it :)

Just like my recent Facebook status says, this studio is amazing! My skin, my mind and my body are already benefitting from this style of yoga and fitness. I started attending classes at the studio back in August and I was instantly hooked. ItвАЩs a beautiful studio and the staff is always welcoming and very friendly. I love the fact that the offer a variety of classes so you have the room to mix up your week if your routine is starting to get a little boring. They always offer new and fun classes. I havenвАЩt been able to attend one of the glow classes yet but I am hoping they will offer them again.

I love the options, times, instructors and owners. It's simple and effective! Wish more of my life worked like this! Especially enjoy the rise and shine first thing with Rosemarie.

I looooovvvee this place and everyone who work here. I have been to a few different yoga facilities in my years and oxygen is by far the best I have ever been . Highly recommend!!! Classes are easy to follow and fun. I've really noticed a change in my body and in general yoga makes me happy.

I have just gotten into yoga and this has been the perfect studio to start at! The instructors are so kind and know how to tailor each class to everyone's needs. They made me feel comfortable instantly and part of the community that they are working so hard to build. I absolutely LOVE the infrared heat; I have been avoiding hot yoga because of the way other yoga studios heat their rooms. I would become faint in other studios due to the humidity and smells.

I did candlelight yoga yesterday. Extremely relaxing, instructed well, and the aromatherapy was amazing!
