Panago Pizza

All I wanted was a large meat lovers with mushrooms and olives and I got a large mushrooms and olive pizza with NO meat. So much for a central answering service.
Disappointing.....

In December 2015, I ordered a delivery. I asked the driver to call us because we live in the basement suite and cannot hear the doorbell. He did call when he arrived. I said hello to the driver as he approached the door and received no reply. I invited him in and also no response. I gave him an $8 tip and not even a thank you. After we realized that he forgot a salad I called customer service and they said they will deliver it. He did deliver it by dropping it on the doorstep in the freezing weather and then called me to tell me where he left it. I called customer service and they told me they would give me a follow up on my complaint. I never received one and have never ordered from this location again. I love Panago Pizza and used to be a driver for this same location and would never treat a customer especially after such a gracious tip.

Every time i go in and order my pizza for pick up... it's always made to perfection... not sure the young guys name.. but there is 2 bigger guys that work at nights on Fri nights and they always make the best pizza.. i usually make special pizzas and its always prefect.. way better than any other panago in canada ive been to..

I ordered from this place more than 50 times. Pizza was always fresh. This is the best pizza store in town.

Very friendly staff. The delivery was always on time and still hot on arrival. By far the best pizza place in town.

Ordered a "gluten free" pizza and when it arrived a sticker on thebox said "may contain traces of gluten" I am celiac and thought gluten free meant gluten free. I am beyond mad and to make it worse the won't give me my money back. Will not be ordering again.
