Panago Pizza

Panago in general has been terrible the last few years, they are constantly becoming more expensive while their quality constantly drops. AND they never have any deals anymore. their "deals" page on the website is literally blank and has been for like 2 years

Ordered the Shrimp Club pizza and it was super scrumptious! 🤠

I ordered two large pizzas. The so called great canadian that should be called the poor canadian and philly cheese that they forgot the cheese part. The pizzas were tasteless and lack toppings. what a waste of almost $60. never ordering from this location again.

Ordered a True Canadian Pizza with extra cheese and a cilantro dip. Came with no extra cheese and a cheesy cheddar dip, which I find pretty gross. Wasn't about to send the driver back for a dip, but disappointed since I don't usually order from Panago and was pretty pumped. Unlikely to order from this location again.

Staff is friendly. Food is consistently good with vegan and gluten free options.

Terrible service, they didn't even bother calling me and told that the order has returned back because i didn't answer the phone. Minus 5!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas and decided to eat a couple slices at the restaurant. The pineapple on one was crunchy and gross. We asked an employee to make us a different pizza in replace and he happily complied. The manager came out and yelled at my wife and I demanding what THEY had specifically done wrong to warrant a free pizza. I assured him it was no one's fault and I just wanted my pizza replaced since the ingredients were gross. He insisted that they didn't do anything wrong and that we would have to pay for the new pizza being made. I replied I wouldn't be paying for the replacement pizza so he grabbed the box and threw it in the garbage and stormed off. Meanwhile our replacement pizza was making it's way through the oven and we left. We called Panago and told them the story. They gave use double the cost of the pizza as credit to our account and told us they would have a talk to their manager. So simple! Thanks Panago! Too bad your managers are more worried about their bonus than customer service.
