WORST STORE EVER! I went in July to get my ring fixed as a stone came out & I am still under warranty. They told me that I have to wait until an order comes in which "won't be too long", & I had explained my warranty is up in November. I've gone in about five times & no one will help me, or send my ring to get fixed, or order a new ring for me, and said they would give an in-store credit but have to return my ring (it was a sentimental gift), & I would have to choose another ring. My warranty is now up in a couple days & no one has bothered to help me or care, or find any sort of solution, or simply just order me a new one when I am still under warranty. Very poor service, by management as well.

Brutal. Will NEVER shop at this location. Tried to return a $200 charm purchased at another store. Had original receipt, original packaging, and returning within the 30 day policy..... was told could only get an in-store credit… Unbelievable. 1 star rating is too much.

I just stopped by with my family and asked for the stock and price of three rings I saw online. The girl had a terrible and rude attitude towards us. I only asked for three rings and she didn't feel like helping us and gave us a face when we asked for the price of each ring. I will never buy from this location ever again...... Pandora management at south centre teach your employees to treat customers with respect! My mom asked me to leave as she couldn't stand the way she was helping us! She was pretty much making noises with the plastic sheets looking for the prices. Terrible customer service!

Horrible and pushy service. they give customers a 45 minute timeframe when having sales and then tell you to leave "to figure out your purchase". won't be shopping here again. id recommend chinooks location

Overall good, but Cayla should learn not to chew gum with her mouth open while helping customers. Especially if you can see her chewing gum while outside the store.

Kira is a gem of Pandora in South Centre! She is professional, extremely patient, helpful,smart, super nice and always smiling to me and my husband, even though we have got her in lots of exchange and math troubles. Kira is also very thoughtful. She marked down the charms we were looking for but sold out at that time, a month later she actually phoned me as soon as the store received those wanted charms which I didn't expect. She will never disappoint us. I strongly recommend Kira to assist you for a efficient and pleasing shopping experience in Pandora. She's the best!!
