Kira is a gem of Pandora in South Centre! She is professional, extremely patient, helpful,smart, super nice and always smiling to me and my husband, even though we have got her in lots of exchange and math troubles. Kira is also very thoughtful. She marked down the charms we were looking for but sold out at that time, a month later she actually phoned me as soon as the store received those wanted charms, which we didn't expect. She will never disappoint us. I strongly recommend Kira to assist you for a efficient and pleasing shopping experience in Pandora. She's the best!!

I got the best service here today! The sales lady took the time to help my mom build multiple bracelets and I wanted to buy my mom a charm with out her knowing so she had me write down the charm and boxed it up so it can still be surprise

What good is your manager if she can't actually help someone? I already knew what I wanted to buy and unfortunately everyone except this manager is busy and she couldn't take 2 seconds to ring in my purchase? I was clearly on a time limit since I was on my lunch break and cannot spend the hour I would normally wait to get help. Totally unprofessional and as my first experience in pandora I know I will not go back to south centres Pandora even though it is the closest to me.

This location is a joke!!! My fiance bought me a bracelet for Christmas and it was the wrong size. When we went in to get it exchanged the girl and who she said was the manager were useless. Between her talking under her breath and her accent we could barely understand her. We finally got to the point where she measured to get my proper size and they didn't have my size in the rose so she said that it may come in the next shipment. I asked if we could special order to make sure it came in... she said no... I asked if they could call me when the shipment came in to let me know... she said no... I pushed back a little then because to me that is ridiculous... she said I will ask my manager... When she came back she said that they do not call customers and her manager said no!!! I asked to speak to this manager as she was in the back... once again I was told no!!! I don't know how they girls are trained but I have never received such poor customer service in my life!!! I have since then called and been dealing with the Chinook location. They have been amazing!!! AND... have special ordered my bracelet!!! They have also called me to keep me informed... hmmmmmmm... thought you didn't do that!!! Seriously a F'N joke!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again and would give it zero stars if I could!!!

This experience was completely disappointing. My mom had mentioned that she had gone into the store over Christmas break and the sales lady was so rude and pushy to her that she rushed a made a purchase she wasn't sure about. So my sister and I decided to go with her to return our items and find something else and these sales girls were terrible. I honestly have never been to a jewelry store with sales people not willing to help. They treated us as if we were interrupting something. Didn't answer any questions or ask us what we were looking for, they didn't even say hello when we walked in. They just kept their heads down. The word for the service was RUDE. Never again will I go back there and they are getting paid to do nothing.

Terrible service, terrible manager terrible environment. I have to write this review again because my first review was removed! I was in Pandora today and heard the manager yelling and swearing over the phone, In front of sales staff and other paying customers. It was disturbing, to say the least. I left feel uncomfortable and decided against purchasing anything from there. She was physically yelling, swearing over the phone in the middle of the store. Very demeaning and disrespectful very unprofessional to whomever it was she was yelling at, to her staff and customers a like. I didn’t go in to the store today for that, it completely made me and everyone else in there visibly uncomfortable. You’re better off shopping somewhere else. I should have recorded the entire fight over the phone, it was shameful of her.

Poor customer service. I live far south, this is my closest Pandora Store. I will make all the way to Chinook next time, because it won't be next time for the South centre one. I made a purchase and they didn't want to clean my bracelet, they told me to clean it at home. At chinook they are happy to do it for you, no problems. It took forever and the lady never smiled. Bad!
