Courteous staff. Good Doctors.

Refuse patients when they see fit. When someone is sick they should be helped. Terrible service, do not go here!

Reception staff needs to get their act together.

However, Dr. Kennedy has done so much for me health wise that the amateur reception can be ignored.

Dr. B. Hamidi was extremely inappropriate, rude and provide terrible patient care. I work in emergency healthcare and would recommend avoided this clinic at all cost. Staff not helpful but stated they had numerous complaints about this DR. I've been to this clinic a few times with subpar service, won't go back again.

It took 2 hours just for my son to get his dressing. Worst medicentre ever.

Just happen to stumble into this site and saw the comment on Dr Alhur. I just want to express a different view point regarding Dr Alhur. This is NOT about the Panorama Hill centre. I was seen by Dr. Alhur as a walk-in patient at the Crowfoot clinic about four months ago and I found Dr. Alhur easy to talk to. She was able to address my concern and I truly believe she prescribed the appropriate medicine for me at the time. I have no hesitation to be seen by her again in the future.

Dr Alhur was incredibly unprofessional. I understand doctors can become jaded, but treating patients like criminals and not helping them when they are seeking care is inexcusable. From the moment she walked in the door, she was on the attack because she thought I was only there for a prescription refill. She insulted my previous doctors decisions (even though she admitted she would have run the same tests), she ignored or attacked every detail I gave of the illness history, and ultimately she outright declined to provide any form of help (whether medication, diagnosis, analysis, or advice). I have never had to deal with such an outright hostile and disrespectful attitude.

I was misdiagnosed by your sleepy Internist dr and now i am suffering with Gout and swollen joints. Good luck & God speed!

Horrible. The front staff was the worst, i will never recommend to anyone. I wouldn't give any stars.

I took my son there at 2pm, i was told that the wait time is 2hrs, i was also told to leave and then call before coming so that we can tell you what is your number in the queue. after 2 hrs when i called i was told that this information can not be shared over the phone and i will have to bring my son to the clinic, so i took my son at 4 pm and again, i was told that the wait time is 2 hrs. This was a huge hassle for my family and i, because we live 20 mins away from the clinic. Our weekend was also wasted going back and forth. Once again, we went back at 6 pm and the doctor did not even spend more than 5 mins listening to what was wrong with my son. Very disappointing experience. I had to give one star because no star isn't an available option.
