Worth it

We tried Crispy Okoy at Paolo's Dine In yesterday and we love it to the last bite. Also the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and try most of their food

The food was great. I love the chicken rice and crispy pata.

My wife and I had the Bulalo, Grilled Stuffed Squid, and the Inasal Chicken Ramen. Great tastes all around and treated as family. Surely a repeat "Go-To" place. You have to experience the food and service here!

If your looking for the real taste of the Philippines, this place has it all, from Sizzling Sisig, to Pancit Canton, to fusion Japanese Filipino Adobo Ramen .....Paolo's come experience the Philippines in our own backyard ....

If Paolo's did any one thing, the food made me want to go to the Philippines even more.



I got the Pansit Hub Hub, and it was spectacular, a series of flavors I have only ever tasted in Filipino home cooking, that I have been blessed to try in the past.



This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the area, and is the kind of place I would drive across Calgary just to get dinner.

I've been here twice with my fiancé, and I absolutely love it! Ate (the owner) is so friendly with us, and the food is amazing. We haven't had a bad meal, and service we experienced was superb. Thank you Paolo's, we may live some distance away but we make you our #1 stop for Filipino and Singaporean food. Ayus!

Price: You may find some of their food a little pricey at first, but when you get the food, you will be satisfied with what you paid for. ;-) <3



Food: AWESOME! I tried their sisig and bulalo soup. The serving was a lot! Good for 2-3 pax. They have an impressive menu.



The staff will even talk to you and treat you like family. They even let us try their own lunch, ginataang galunggong, and it was so good, but it's not on their menu. If you are craving for a filipino dish and it's not on their menu, don't worry.. they will make it for you as long as they have the ingredients ;-) :-D :-D



Their bulalo soup will make you feel at home, same taste with what i always have in Tagaytay with my family. And no kidding, the serving was massive. I really enjoyed their food and i will keep on coming back. <3 <3 <3

I was with my husband who just came from Italy and we both agreed to give 5 �s rating for satisfying our Filipino food cravings that is perfect to our taste buds!!! We ordered chicken inasal combo, pampano sa miso, okoy and taho for dessert. The prices were just reasonable considering that the food were only cooked as you ordered and served hot just like “lutong bahay ni Nanay.” And for take out, we ordered some puto bungbong, ube purple yam and cassava cake. These “pasalubong”

were also greatly appreciated by our friends and said they will also visit Paolo’s. To end, we highly recommended this dine-in to everyone. �

I loved every dish I ordered. The food is excellent and delicious . We will be coming back.

I’ve been I think 4-5 times now and it’s always been the same. The guy who serves us will only come back to the table 3-4 times. 1st to get our order, 2nd or 3rd to drop off water and refill and the 4th time would be to hand the bill. Never have I been asked by him how my food was or if I need anything else. The owner or kitchen person in the back always comes out to see if the meal is good. I understand you guys want to run it as a family business. Have workers and employees that are blood, but sometimes to succeed you have to step out of your comfort zone. Crispy Pata is worth here, I’ll give you that. The dinuguan though, it’s almost like water and barely what dinuguan should look like.

My wife and I ordered bulalo soup and the taste wasn't nice. It tasted like beef broth not the natural flavor of beef and the meat was to gristly just like eating a gum. I am very disappointed!

1. The servings were not like the first time I was there. Portions now are smaller...prices I think went higher. Lots of food to choose from the menu but always NOT AVAILABLE for some that I crave for! You might as well remove them than to put your customers expectations up and disappointed at the end.

2. Still very SLOW cook! That didn't change at all! Very frustrating!

3. You need to reasses your menu and your price. The pictures and the descriptions doesn't match the food you serve. Check your competitors!

4. Sinigang and Nilaga were over flowing with.....soups!! Where's the meat? The veggies? Too bland! Cut down on the soup and throw in more ingredients.

5. Pancit are too oily!! The noodles were for sotanghon not bihon! I heard the cook instructing the server to put a knife...for a noodle dish you'll need a knife?!? OMG!! But the servers that weekend were very polite, friendly and accommodating no complaints about them. I loved that lady couple who served us, their sense of humor took my mind off the long wait for our food. They're good with what they do considering they're both nurses who's just helping out their friend (the owner)

6. The spring rolls were so small, not tasty but very pricey for an itsy-bitsy piece of meat!

The only good thing we liked were the desserts! Leche flan and cassava were phenomenal! I hope to see changes in your menu the next time I'll visit. Nevertheless the food is tasty. This is just a constructive criticism, may you take this positively to improve your restaurant.
