Papa John'S Pizza

I ordered one regular and one custom pizza from this location. unfortunately the custom pizza had the wrong topping placed on it and the regular pizza had all the meat piled in the middle. Overall the quality in terms of having the correct toppings was poor and could be improved. However once I brought this to the attention of the staff they promptly provided me a couple of options to correct their mistake.

Different from others papa johns I've had. Very saucy and not as fresh seeming. A bit disappointing. Have ordered a few times and seems to be consistent.

Papa Johns is our new go-to for pizza near the 130th area. We have found their pizza is consistently better than Pizza 73, Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Panago.

Last night we ordered a ham + pineapple and a John's Favourite. Both were delicious, cooked perfectly.

They forgot the four sauces we ordered as well. We called the restaurant, they apologized, and less than 10 minutes later our sauces showed up. Mistakes happen, and they fixed this one almost immediately. No complaints.

There was an old saying about the failed "Kelsey's" on 130 ave a few blocks away: Restaurant prices for McDonald's quality food. I have to say that my first experiment with the "Mythical" Papa Johns that I keep hearing about "McDonald's quality food". My first order was wrong. It's BBQ wings I ordered. The lady even read it back to me.. 5 Cheesy dips (which by the way tastes like paper), I got 1 Cheesy 2 Ranch and 1 Tomato. I got Buffalo wings instead of BBQ, and the Pizza.... Well you know how you can "taste" things by smelling them. Well this mediocre pizza tasted like Chalk AND Paper...

The pizza at this location is terrible. I've ordered twice from this location (decided to give it a second chance). Both times the pizzas were almost raw. Second time I ordered pizza I asked for it to be baked 'well done' and the veg was raw and pizza was soggy. We've had to put the pizza in the oven to bake it so it's edible, but it's still not the same. Won't be going back.
