Papa John'S Pizza

Terrible delivery service! 2hrs = very cold pizza, and both times we called to see where our delivery was???? no answer but it should be there soon! Yay full price cold crappy pizza - thank you okotoks

Service can be slow but the pizza is pretty good

Horrible service. Ordered online. Over 1 hour and 15 minutes NO pizza. Called okotoks store and was told she thinks it's out for delivery.BUT they don't have much staff.
Great. ...No checking the order to see if they even got it!! Order any place else! Wish I could leave zero stars.

The store has new owners that have decided to change the recipe of the Hawaiian BBQ chicken pizza and instead of getting the BBQ sauce you get tomato sauce as a base and BBQ sauce drizzled on top. It's not even half as good as the papa johns recipe and leaves you feeling disappointed if you have had the proper advertised recipe. The tomato sauce base just takes away from the whole pizza. It's sad to see such a good pizza being downgraded.

We ordered several large pizzas for a birthday party, and scheduled a delivery time via the web. The pizza was delivered too early, as a result it had to sit and got cold before anyone was available to eat it. All the pizzas were thin crust, and all were over done. All the pizzas we ordered lacked a decent amount of ingredients, and all lacked flavor except one. The best pizza was the Works Pizza. There are better places to get pizza.

So I ordered the thin crust "The works"pizza and I can't say that I'm overly impressed with the quality of the food, the toppings were very flavorless and it was served warm at best! Now that's something you don't need when you are craving a good pizza night at home with the girlfriend.Although I have to say that the service was good and it did come in a timely manner but the truth is I won't be going back!
