Papa John'S Pizza

the guy who picked up the phone would cut me while im explaining the situation and not only that hung up the phone before even i was finished. the delivery was more than 30mins late than "promised" time and the delivery guy when asked why it took so long said he was late because of wind! yes i guess calgary is tooooooo windy to deliver food on time

Food was very bland (papa Johns is not the best pizza joint in my opinion) here was barely any cheese on the pizza itself. Upside is the time it took to make the pizza. I personally will not be buying from this location or any papa Johns in general.

Best place to have pizza. Regular customer for 2 years and ordering 2 times a week. The people here are so nice and warm no matter what time and day you come.The morning manager he is so very nice and welcoming and always smiling even he is tired. This guy needs to be recognize for his hardwork. Where you can find one person making pizza, taking phone order and walk in customer at the same time without any help. Even he is so busy he can make the pizza very fast and good quality. Seems like he is a human robot. Really this guy is hard to find a replacement . In general this store has a good team and great manager, organize and clean store, good quality of product and very nice customer service. Keep it up Papa Johns Sunridge!!!!!

Will not deliver to our hotel that's 2.7 km away at the clarion hotel 30 mins before closing. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and did not deliver to us. I don't think they wanted to sale anything after 12:30... to the owner feel free to contact me for constructive criticism of your franchise.

Attention to the owner of this location! Their pizza and service is very good but bec of their 1 pizza delivery guy's attitude towards customer he ruins our pleasant visit and he is a disgrace to the company he doesnt know how to respect a customer as he doesnt know our to park his vehicle properly! I wish he gets punish by the owner tho the manager on duty refused to give his name for us to complaint him. Never going back to this location anymore we love papa john's and we will go somewhere else's where there is no employee who doesnt know how to give respect! Happens friday night around 9pm ish 3/24/17.

Not enough toppings. Completed online survey after ordering and received a response by email from one of the managers asking me to respond so they could make things right. Well I responded twice but he never responded back. So customer service is horrible. Avoid this place.

Terrible experience pizzas were sideways in the Box was compt. Free next order. They would not fulfill saying i ordered and cancled after 20 mins. Order some where else as this owner cares not of there customers or his own honor!
