Papa John'S Pizza

Where to start. Wish either they would replace their staff with competent people or train them jyst a little. I cannot get them to remember that we want ranch dips only even though every order we remind them and it is even put on my profile. This time it took 5 minutes to get them to understand my phone # my English is perfect. Then I am told that if you want any of the specials that are on my app that I have to order online. Wish they had another pizza place close

I've been ordering from here for years. It's always been great. Until the last couple months. The have been multiple times now that I've received incorrect orders or gotten squished pizza, raw pizza, or missing items. They are always great about fixing the errors, but the amount of issues they've had recently have me deciding to find a different restaurant.

My "well-done" pizza was soggy and not even fully baked. Chick at the counter was nice and made sure everything was correct. Other than that it was kind of a turnoff. Auburn Bay Domino's is the way to go.

Ordering here is easy. It's simple, and worry free. The standard of pizza is like another other pizza chain. The customer service is friendly as well

Service was quick. Delivery Man extremely lovely. Order was hot and of excellent quality. Eas so happy with the entire order that I called to give my positive feedback to the manager. He too, was also lovely to speak with. Very happy with everything. Will definitely order from Seton Papa Johns again.

Decided to try this on a whim a couple of weeks ago. By far some of the best pizza I have ever had. It came fresh and warm, and we even got dips for it. Everything was done right and the delivery guy was so nice as well. Will be ordering from again for sure.

Papa Johns has the best pizza and always comes fresh and hot when I order delivery. Staff are very nice and fast and never forget anything I have ordered. I've had no problems and will continue to order!
