Papa Taso's Pizza first opened its doors in 2005 in Medicine Hat, AB, by Taso and Alexandra Lambiris. Starting with less than a few thousand dollars, a pizza oven, and a dough mixer, Papa Taso's Pizza was created.

Since inception it has widely grown in popularity due to its traditional home made recipes. The pizza is baked in a concrete slate oven, using only daily fresh ingredients, which results in a truly amazing pizza that many call, “simply the best”.
