Dr Christopher Schlee, native to Calgary, has been a part of the Paradigm team since his graduation from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. His approach to medicine has been a blend of holistic and biomedical, with an emphasis on diagnostics to identify and confirm the causes and/or contributors of illnesses and ailments. . After experiencing debilitating cluster headaches for many years, and finding little relief with standard medical intervention, Dr.... Chris began to look to a more holistic method of wellness. He discovered the benefits of naturopathic medicine and these principles and practices mirrored his own philosophy. After graduating, Chris received the Leadership Award for service, involvement and initiatives within the community. His practice focus extends to treating cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, musculoskeletal injury, autoimmune disease and allergies. . Other fun facts? Chris loves to spend time with his girlfriend and three “puppies”, as well as being active playing soccer, skiing and cycling. Dr Arden Baker-Hadley is a native Calgarian who moved to the Pacific Northwest to obtain her training in Oriental Medicine and Naturopathic Medicine. Arden's goal is to bring new approaches and treatment strategies to common ailments that affect everyone, including; IBS, fatigue, chronic infections, dermatology and allergies. In addition to tackling day-to-day wellness, there is also a strong focus on hormone balance and helping families with fertility challenges. . Arden's post graduate training includes the use of Electrodermal testing, which is a unique assessment tool to help look at the balance and function of organs and tissues in addition to helping identify food intolerances and chronic infections. . Dr Trevor Hoffman is one of the founders of Paradigm Health Group. After working at the Research Centre for Alternative Medicine and the Integrative Medicine Institute of Canada, Trevor and Jason started PHG in 2008 with a common vision of clinical excellence. . Growing up on an orchard in Kelowna BC, Dr Trevor has a great appreciation for wholesome quality nutrition. In his youth, Trevor suffered from debilitating migraine headaches. Through the intuitive determination of... his mother, they found ways to significantly reduce the severity and frequency of his migraines. This knowledge sent Trevor in the direction of seeking a different way of looking at health and wellness. His practice has focused mainly on sports injuries, pain management, regenerative Medicine and auto-immune disease. . Other fun facts? With a passion for teaching, Dr Trevor has been instrumental in instructing many of the top injection therapists in Canada. Jason worked with partner Dr Trevor Hoffman at the Integrative Medicine Institute of Canada, and in 2008 Paradigm Health Group was created based upon the mutual belief of "power in numbers".
