Paradigm Home Health Services

Paradigm provides supports to individuals in their homes and in facilities in Lethbridge, AB. Our programs are based on the needs of the individual and strives to improve health, function, and quality of life.

Services include but are not limited to: carrying out therapy services (ie. speech, occupational, physio, and recreation), companion care, liaison, advocacy, community access, appointment facilitation, community access, errands, and various household duties. Paradigm operates on a key-worker system; staff are specifically matched to an individual's personality and needs who carry out the services. Having the same staff ensures a strong rapport is built, ease of communication, and consistency. We are very proud to say we have the best staff on the planet!
