Why did I wait so long!!?? After completing my research I chose Paradise Bay for the product and equally the staff. First hot tub for my wife and I; and we are 'old'!!...trust my wife won't see this. Trevor and gang was very helpful is helping us through this investment, highly recommended you speaking to Trevor. During our deck construction the tub plan we initially had had to change. Paradise Bay was very accommodating by exchanging accessories for us and finding out-of-store options for us...made an extra effort to ensure our first experience with a hot tub was seemless, and it was. We love the tub and wonder...why we waited so long.

These guys are amazing. Service is #1. We need inherited a hot tub with our house and even though it wasn't one they sold, the parts and service guys were able to get me up and running with advice in store and over the phone. I won't shop anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Honest employees that take the time to not only fix my tub but explain how and why it works so I have better knowledge of future potential issues. What I thought was a broken pump, was just a faulty reset switch... Derek's honesty saved me $600+!! Thank you! Eleven years and counting of enjoying our Arctic Spa. :)

We moved into a house with an existing Arctic Spas hot tub. I have been to Paradise Bay several times, and they have always been very friendly helping me understand the care and maintenance of our hot tub. We also had them come out once to fix the heater, and it has been running fine ever since, and that was 4 years ago, now. Thank you to everyone there I've dealt with, they've always made our hot tub experience a good one.

We LOVE our hot tub from Paradise Bay! The sales process was easy. We liked the package pricing, including the delivery, spa boy, steps. Trevor and Pete at Paradise Bay made it all so easy to purchase. The Spa Boy is another great feature, it makes managing the chemicals in the tub extremely easy. We particularly like that when the weather is extremely cold, we can check on the hot tub right from our iPhone and check the chemical level at the same time. We look forward to many great family times in our new hot tub! Thank you Paradise Bay!

I purchased the Summit spa from Marc and the service was fabulous. Delivery and removal of my old hot tub was done with ease. However, as I'm on well water Marc warned me that it might take a bit to get the water chemistry right. He was correct I have had some challenges but Marc and other staff have been amazing to work with and my spa is running great. This is my third hot tub and I have never received such personalized service. I can highly recommend Marc and Paradise Bay.

Sales experience was good. Definitely room for improvement on the service side of things.

Shortly after getting my hot tub(2-3weeks) I noticed the stereo didn't sound very good at all. I called Paradise Bay and was told that only some models had subwoofers and mine didn't. I thought it would have been nice to know this prior to buying but whatever my fault for not asking I guess.

Just over two years later while doing some work on my tub I noticed a subwoofer in the back of my tub that just wasn't hooked up. I called service to relay this info and see if I could get someone to come out and have a look and I was told that the tub is no longer under warranty. They could send someone out but it was going to cost me $120.

If I hadn't been given incorrect information by them initially I would have still been within my warranty. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Paradise Bay and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. It started last year when I had sent an email to them on general hot tub information. It did not take long for Trevor Vickery to get back to me. Trevor went out of his way to ensure he answered every question I had along the way in a timely manner. We had made plans to meet Trevor after the Home and Garden show. My wife and I appreciated his knowledge of the products they sell, his professionalism, and his laid back sales demeanor. At no point did he ever try and pressure you into a sale. We experienced that quite a bit at the Home and Garden show with other hot tub companies. Long story short, through the entire process Trevor was amazing to deal with, he went out of his way, checked up on us once the tub was installed, and answered questions after a few days of having the hot tub. He was always available and more than happy to assist. Thank you Trevor for making the purchase/delivery an easy process. I will definitely recommend you to others who are in the market for a hot tub.
