A good jewelry store with helpful staff

We decided to purchase all of our wedding jewellery/gifts at Paris, I also got a ring sized through them. While going through the purchase the customer service was amazing and they were so helpful and accommodating.
Once we walked out of the store it was a completely different experience. We had purchased a ring for my fiance in a size that seemed as though it fit him, unfortunately at the time of purchase his hand must have been swollen because when we got the ring home it was far too large. We called the sales Lady and she ensured us she could order the smaller size (as they were sold out in the store) and it would be in the following Friday (about 4 days from the conversation). I gave them over 2 weeks and then called to inquire regarding the order, the sales manager had no idea of this order so I requested that the order be re-placed. I gave it another few days and called to inquire, again they had no record of this order. Finally I was able to talk to the woman who originally sold us the items and she once again promised that she would get the ring in a few days by courier from head office, again this didn't happen. After a few more calls to the store I was informed that fortunately the store manger was going up to head office and promised she would bring one back for us. this was 4 days before the wedding, the day before our wedding she called me and informed me that the manager who brought the ring back for us was not coming into work that day and I would have to pick it up the next day int he afternoon (the day of our wedding which was taking place out of town). The whole experience was completely ridiqulous and at this point, it is the day before my wedding I don't even know if my fiance will have a ring. This entire process took over 6 weeks, their customer service after purchase is completely useless and they have no compassion or sense of urgency at all. On top of it all I was told my the sales manger that I was calling to often and that they would contact me when the ring was in. Completely rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

So after sending in my fiance and mother to help with the situation while I was at work it turns out that Betty Ann (the store manager) has been lying and making up excuses this entire time and throwing her sales manager under the bus, she has provided her and us false information this entire time. the number sh gave us to contact her boss at head office goes to a dead line. In the end we returned the ring and got our money back and went elsewhere.
