Park & Jet

Park and Jet is conveniently located right next to arrivals and departure. There is a shuttle bus that takes you right to the door of the airport. Very affordable with a friendly team. Recommended also since they have a 24 hour boosting service, if your battery dies.

Waited for over 15 mins at yyc to get picked up a shuttle drives past nearly empty! Call the office to see what's going on and only get the response ones coming, no apologies. I ask again why they drive past customers and am informed I don't know anymore than you. Was told one was coming and thay he wasn't going to argue with me anymore and hung up! Worst customer service I've ever seen.. 20 mins later still standing in the cold for the unbelievable company! Never using it again, park2go treats their customers like humans.

The service is good however I just don’t like their system. You find your own parking spot and then wait till a bus comes down that row to come pick you up. And when they drop you off they drive down all the rows and drop the people off one by one. They don’t have the vehicle running at the front office and warm like the competition

I have used Park & Jet for years, have always had an excellent experience. Almost instant pick up, have never waited more than a few minutes, even at the airport. A couple of times I had trouble at the check out (like swiping my AMA card wrong) and someone was there to help instantly.

I will like to thank Bobby (supervisor) who kindly help me locate my car this past Monday night. When I left the car on Saturday, the driver had wrongly written row # 24 instead of 26 on the small card given to me. Keep up the good work, Bobby.

I had a great experience with Park & Jet. The staff was friendly, payment went smooth. I intend to use this service again in the future.

A couple years ago I parked at Park & Jet for the forth time. Service had never been really outstanding, but this time it was abominable. It was late in November and I flew back about 10PM; I had to wait for a while for the bus, but that wasn't the worst part by far. It was a very cold evening with lots of snow, and in the dark it was very challenging to see where my car was. The driver drove past it at quite a speed and proceeded to drop off others before stopping to let me off ... a good block from my car I left to struggle with my luggage in the dark and the snow.
I mentioned it to the gentleman at the gate when I was paying, but he couldn't have cared less. It is the last time I went to this establishment and am sure to recommend other options to anybody who asks.

Well, I will be trying the competition, next time. I had no complaints until it was time to pay and attempt to get out if the lot. The credit card payment system at the gate didn't function properly today, and not just for me. I was obviously not the only one having trouble. Fortunately, they do have a cash or debit exit. I backed out of two different credit card lanes and ended up paying cash. And yes, I was following the directions and my card worked fine paying at the pump at a gas station on the way home. Very frustrating experience.

Flawless service. Makes travelling easy. Very happy with this place.

Recenty parked here while on vacation. Lots of parking even during peak times. Easy to access and exit. Will use again for sure

I left my bag on the bus. They were kind enough to keep it for me and I was able to retrieve it without delay. Thank you.

I used this for the first time this past week. The new facility on airport road is great and nicely lit. However I was extremely disappointed that here was NO SHUTTLE available for my departure or arrival. There are plenty roaming around, but no clear way to actually use this service.

Great rate, ($60 for the week online) but not a fun walk all the way to the terminal.
