Park2Go Value Valet

Damaged my vehicle and won't accept responsibility. They provided pictures which showed the damaged but would not pay. Park elsewhere or at your own risk!!

The young, hard working folk at Park2Go are to be commended. My vehicle would not start after a 3 day cold snap but they tried there best and went out of their way to boost AND plug in my truck before my arrival. They were always smiling and concerned while I spent 3 hours in the office after midnight. Thank you so much for your kind attention. I highly recommend their service...

I love the service. All the members, including shuttle drivers and dispatch was so courteous.. It was my first time when I used off Newark Airport Parking and I loved the overall service. I will come back for sure. Thanks.

Great option for airport parking. They drop you to the airport on departure. Then when you come back your car is started and waiting for you. Great when you return. To cold weather. Make sure you make a reservation.

The service is good. They tend to be on time, the reservation system is nice and having your car running when you get back from the terminal is great. Further, the express pay that allows you to settle up in the Bus while waiting to be driven back to the parking lot is really great. They would get four stars from me except for our most recent trip. Upon return, the price was $30 more than the original quote.

When I asked why, it was because they had changed the prices four days before our checkout. After a short, sharp argument with the manager, the price was reduced to slightly less than the quote.

While it was resolved after the complaint, it seems to me that you shouldn't have to argue a retroactive price increase after 16 hours of travel. This business should have just kept to the original quote, and not made a big deal about the "fine print permitting change without notice". It may be legal - but it's no way to treat a customer.

I am undecided about whether we will return - but they are certainly not my first option any more.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option!

1. Upon arriving they were boosting my battery. They told me it was just dead. I got it inspected and was told that they must've left the lights on or door open as my battery and connection was great. This cost me $45.00!
2. During the detailing they moved my belongs from the glove compartment into a garbage bag in the trunk. They can not explain why my wallet and legal documents were stuffed in with garbage!
3. All of my other belonging were ruined when they stuffed all of my things into a cart that I use to bring up groceries. They also stuffed a bottle of laundry detergent into said cart which opened and ruined my cart and suade shoes that they also stuffed into the cart. No on can explain why this was done or why they were so careless. Not even an apology was offered!
4. Management was quite rude. It took days for them to return my call and when he did he lied about calling me before.
5. The fabric on the panel of my door was pulled out!? Pictures included.

Bottom line this business does not care about their customer that is apparent in the way they treat your car!

Initially gave 1 star. Due to my below experience they gave me a break on my bill. So ill give another shot and see how it goes. Previous post:2 out of the last 3 times ive used the service i have had to contact Park2Go multiple times to get picked up from the airport. This morning I've been waiting at post 24 for 56 minutes and counting. I've become well acquainted with the Park & Jet driver at the station beside as he's come past and waived 5 times already. Might be time to try a new service provider.

The service was great! We were greeted at the check in immediately. A shuttle was waiting for us and our car was parked. For our return, a helper pointed the way to Park2Go pickup and as soon as we got there an attendant helped us pay right there and the shuttle was there in a few minutes. We were taken straight to our car which was waiting and running. At both ends our luggage was loaded and unloaded by very kind attendants. Thank you

Excellent service! Got us to the airport in no time at all. Was waiting for us upon our return flight and had our vehicle ready for us when we got off the shuttle. Will definitely use them again!
