Yes our company CARSON POW-R-VAC Ltd travels throughout ALBERTA performing HVAC/furnace cleaning. It strikes me how thoughtful the PARKLAND SD 70 custodians are. They are so busy & yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of the schools (ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment). I also admire the different cultures which are highlighted here on FB! KUDOS! All the best MARK OF cpvDOTca

Other than the bus making the kids late the last two days, I have no complaints at all. The registration process was smooth and well communicated.

Positive: my daughters get to school.

Negative: Neither of their busses have been on time getting them to school and they are consistently late to both of their schools.

Negative: I filled out the online form with the transportation group with the understanding that the office folks are busy and tried to be nice about it. I wanted to inquire why the busses are continually late (often leaving the transfer station in Stony when the bell is already ringing at the school). I also wanted to know what is being done to correct the situation and how long this is expected to continue.

As expected, using the online form, I've received no response, not even an acknowledgement from transport.

Other years, I've never had an issue. This year things have slipped considerably.

Phoning tomorrow and hoping for an answer.

Parkland transportation, you really need to get your poop in a group! If you're going to tell us that the bus drivers are going to call with bus pickup times and locations for rural addresses.... then at least darn well make sure they do! It's the second day of classes and I still haven't heard from a driver! I only heard of location and time through someone else and the driver drive right past my kids this morning! I watched them chase after that stupid bus. Not happy!

Well parkland transportation you did it. Managed to screw up everything. My kids bus never came today. Of course no one answers the phone. On line says bus is on time. Get a text from my kids friend that the bus is already at the transfer station. Made me 45 mins late for work as i had to drive my kids to the transfer station and hope my son caught his second bus. Way to piss off a mom forst thing in the morning and first day of school.

Some, not all, of your school bus drivers need to retire. If I ever hear they put a hand on a student again, RCMP will be called.

Parkland School Division great, sure glad we picked up that bus pass yesterday so that he could be misdirected to the wrong bus today, be taken to the wrong neighbourhood, and get off without a single check in place! Fortunately a bystander seeing his distress called his mother, because the transportation dept certainly did NOTHING! No returned calls to his mother, apparently no checks and balances in place to ensure kids are on the right bus and dropped at the right place, (even though they must wear their tag) and poor support at the transfer station where he was directed to he wrong bus "I'm terrible at reading these things, this should be the right one" This will be escalated, count on it. I'm not one who usually takes to social media but this seems to be the only way to get a response from this office! Update: Several calls again today to see if this can be rectified, no answer, voicemail only and no calls returned from yesterday!

I observed one of thier school buses drivers operating one of the school bus oblivious to the fact that the vehicle had no brake lights....emailed them....called them and now posted on this sight. I recorded a video of it.
