We purchased a trailer in 2010 and again in 2017. Both times we were treated excellent. Jason and his staff are great to work with and are very knowledgable about their products. I would highly recommend them.

Huge thanks to Jason ,Steve and Joanne for the great job describing an issue we had with our creekside trailer to the manufacturer , although it was over the warranty period, they were shown it was a manufacturer problem and agreed to cover it at no expense to me. Anyone looking to purchase an R.V. should first look into finding a top notch dealer who will look after you when issues like this arrive. In 2014, we were looking to upgrade our trailer. While on the website for Parkview RV, there was the exact model of Timber Ridge we were looking for, and it had a sale price on it that seemed too good to be true. When we visited the showroom, we were taken by Jason, the owner, and shown the trailer we were interested in. This was such a great experience! He made us felt like we really mattered! We talked a bit about a few extras and we bought it right there. We then dealt with Stacey, the finance person, who was just as courteous and friendly. She also was a big help in getting the financing at a terrific rate. After the first season, we took the trailer back for some warranty stuff, as all trailers will have, and every issue was taken care of without question and promptly. We get all of our parts and camping supplies through the parts dept. with our Parkview discount and Dee is also really enjoyable to deal with. We always spend some time talking with her when we go to pick up parts. We recently had our truck stolen with all of our camping stuff in the back in a locked canopy. After asking Dee if there were going to be any sales coming up so we could replace some of our stuff, we got a message saying that they were very sorry for what happened to us and offered some of the things free of charge and some at a discounted price! Can't believe after 2 years we are still treated as very important customers.

On a recommendation of a friend, we visited Parkview RV in February 2015 to consider an trailer purchase. We already decided on the Outdoor RV because of the quality and structure of their products. Jason met with us at a time convenient for us (they were closed) and showed us all the options. We settled on a TimberRidge and took it home in April.

We were very pleased with the service both during and after purchase. We didn't buy the diamond coat because we were planning to build a garage/shop but when plans for that fell through (no appropriate building site on our property) we added it after the fact. In addition, there were a few small items that needed work. (the propane sensor and the smoke alarms went off for no reason - they simply replaced them). When we brought it in for those repairs in the fall, I asked them to lubricate the slide mechanism while they were at it and they discovered some alignment issues they fixed under warranty.

They also gave us a permanent 10% discount - which makes most of their supplies cheaper than other big box stores. However, since they are out of town for us, we save up for a time when we're going that direction. and Dee is always friendly and helpful.

The only suggestion I would make (and I think it's Outdoor RV, not Parkview) is to improve the manual - the one they provide lacks details. We were given a whole box of documentation for each of the components, including a coil bound manual which appeared to have comprehensive instructions. However, when I tried to use it, I found them insufficient. For example, when I was turning on the water system for the first time, some diagrams would have been helpful. Perhaps Parkview can augment this manual with their own handouts.
