Paros Real Greek

Wow. That’s one word you’ll be left thinking after you leave this place. Courteous and friendly staff, excellent Greek food, and a nice atmosphere that’s kept Greek mom clean! Congrats boys, wish you guys much success!

We went to Greece a few weeks ago and came back. We missed greek food (the best IMO)and we went to Paros Slouva Royal Oak. The food is really really good, very close to the real greek main dishes like slouvaki and Gyros.

Highly recommend this place!

THE BEST Souvlaki that you can ever find outside of Greece. I was simply amazed and shocked after the first bite I took. It instantly teleported me back to Athens, Monastiraki where the best souvlakia are. Amazing job you guys bringing us a taste of home all the way to Canada!! Simply delicious! Always consistent.. I started eating at Paros on main (Airdrie) once I figured out the connection I am happy to be a regular customer at any location. I like the pork.

Only place I have ever found that knows how to make proper Greek food! Their Gyros are so authentic, exactly like the ones in Greece

My boyfriend and I go to Paros every week. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The food is absolutely amazing. Oh and the Spanakopita is the best I ever had!!!! I am giving 10 stars out of 5! Kalí Órexi

Just finished up a conference for 180 people and arranged for Paros Souvla to provide a catered lunch for us. It was great dealing with them and they are definitely the easiest and most helpful and reasonably priced caterer I have dealt with. Food arrived on time, was hot, and best of all, large flavourful portions! Here are some of the comments from our conference participants and speakers:

I've been coming to their Royal oak location since they opened a few years back. They are amazing. I'm addicted to their tzatziki to the point I always order extra! It's truly EPIC food here that you get very quickly to stay or go.

I would say that they serve up the best greek food in all of Calgary. It is reasonably priced and if my wife would let me I would eat here everyday.

Pork Gyros all the way!

I took my dog (who really does not consider herself a dog)She is a white and peach suit-zu ! WTe went to Calgary for Xmas from PEI. She has never had Greek food before and she was quite delighted . She told me it beats pizza and Chinese Food and Wendy's. She is on a first name basis with all the guys at the Take out windows in Summerside PEI!!!! Now the problem is where can I buy her Greek food on PEI!!!!!!! Would you consider opening a Restaurant here? Maycee and I will advertise for you. The best part of the trip was the Greek food! When everyone in the house went to sleep .Maycee and I would take the left over from the refridge.and have a bedtime snack. We did not think that we would get caught until Maycee got some leftovers on her white fur coat. Can not wait till our next trip to Calgary in October, I am buying her a little coat that says WORKING DOG so we can hit the malls however we will eat ONLY your Greek food! I lived in Greek town in Toronto, so there were many great Greek restaurants. I have been in Calgary for 6years and this is by far the best Greek I have had since being here! The lemon potatoes, highly addictive. Chicken skewers, nice and tender. I have yet to go back to try the lamb....won't be long though I can promise you that!

I can’t get enough of this place

Being in Calgary for four years now, I’ve been to one Greek restaurant, and I wasn’t really impressed, so I never really bothered to give other places a chance. However, the craving for a true Greek gyro, was still there. After a visit and conversation with the owner of Niko’s Pizza (also another place I recommend) I was told that if I wanted a real Greek gyro, I needed to check this place out. I did last week at the NW location. And well, I had to go back again today (March 24) to the newly opened SW location.



Everything is made from scratch. The gyro, brought back memories of the Danforth in Toronto, and the ‘Greek fries’ have me hooked!!! And a very healthy (and tasty) side of tzatziki too... I will be going back again soon (next week, Wednesday to be exact)



The good news is they have three locations:

113 Main St N Airdrie AB T4B 0R3.



Great value for money. I HIGHLY recommend you check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
