These guys went above and beyond when I urgently needed a new key cut. I arrived just after closing on a saturday when all the employees were just locking up and leaving (which is rude of me... I know). I offered to come back Monday but I also explained that I needed the key cut as it was my only key and it was just about snapped in half. One of the locksmiths was happy to cut me some new keys on his own time when he really could have just told me to come back later. Great customer service!

I just had the Revolution touch screen Deadbolt installed and it looks great!

Very unreliable - never showed up. Called and asked what happened,....they said they were sorry and when I asked to reschedule for the follwing day they told me that their Locksmith does not work on Fridays. The Operator told me that they would be at our house at 10am sharp on the Tuesday,....the Locksmith did not show up and when I called she said that he could "probably" be there for 11am.

Would not recommend this company and will not use them in the future.
