They May have had a customer but to me it sermed that these guys think "10 to closing time" means their closed but pick the phone up and don't answer to the customer and just put the call on hold for the 10 minutes and leave you on...

I only go here when I absolutely have to, poor customer service every time I have gone in for the last handful of years. I always drive the extra ten minutes to hit Canadian Tire instead

I have been dealing with this store for the better part of two years on a weekly basis. The staff here are knowledgeable and have given me great service. From pre-ordering parts, to in store product, I have been happy with the availability, as well as their kind and respectful demeanor. The fact is, we all make mistakes, and this staff is no different, but they deal with it in a quick and orderly fashion. I will continue to refer this store, and staff to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Sometimes they have what I need...great store though and the staff are knowledgeable. They even offer free tool loan if needed.

Good selection, good sales. Staff is subpar except for the fella named German at the front counter. His knowledge and customer service is the only reason I'm a repeat customer.

I constantly go in here and no one knows anything. I've had to return brake pads 3 times because they give me the wrong ones. Don't waste your time here and just go to auto value across the road.
