Party City

Picked up balloons for a friends wedding which were already paid for and they only gave us the ‘package’ and not the additional balloons which were a majority of the cost. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until it was to late and our only option was to pick it up the next day as it was still at the desk just not provided to us when we picked them up.

My son looking for a scary costume and he finally got it here...love it as it is a one stop shop for kids to explore

That is one intense place on a Saturday. It's difficult dodging all the shopping carts and strollers in the very narrow isles but they really do have an impressive selection of themes for parties. I will go back again but not on a weekend (especially leading up to Halloween)

This place had everything I needed for our theme party!! Staff asked if we needed help several times and it was well marked where everything was. Best experience ever!

They let me 6 year old use the washroom when dollarama wouldn't. Plus there service is awesome at this location

2 of 6 tills open on a Saturday and the Halloween rush has started. But they have the balloon and costume departments well staffed. I can't believe how well the store is organized and kept clean for how many children are running around making a mess. Good job on them for maintenance! I love the variety of supplies-even stuff for BBQs & scrapbooking.

Manager was extremely rude to me. Was overcharged on my order. When I inquired why the extra charges I was spoken to very rudely. Manager admitted i was overcharged but was upset that i wanted to money back. I told them nevermind, don't bother refunding me if it's that big of an ordeal. Just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. The is my second bad encounter here. The other party city down south is much better. Staff are very friendly!

I got a helium tank from here and when I got home it was empty. I phoned the store and was told they'd replace it so I headed back out. When I arrived the regional manager told me they have a policy against returns of open product. I would like to point out this box was taped closed unlike every other box there, meaning it was already returned in the past (and probably after being used and emptied).

After explaining myself for 15ish minutes and pointing out I wouldn't know it was empty if I didn't open and try it so this policy is extremely unfair. I finally got it replaced since she finally realized my point was right and I wasn't lying.

I also asked for a number 1 balloon and recieved a 9 upon my first visit. Basically one issue after another. The line ups alone are so long, I was in line for 40 mins between my two trips there today.

The candy prices aren't cheaper then neighborhood candy stores or dollar stores. I don't think I'll ever return again after that customer service.

It looks cheap, but it is easy to go overboard on all the goody bag items. I didn't find there was a great variety of themed party items. Good customer service.

One stop shop and staff are very helpful and friendly

Stopped in today to grab some decorations for my sons party. Their selection is second to none and is always clean and stocked. My cashier was very friendly and helpful however the two other staff seemed unhappy. My son left elated though!

Good selection, was the ONLY place in Calgary that stocks a good selection of RETIREMENT PARTY items...I'm happy, we found everything we were looking for!

It's a very nice place my kids love to go there for candy's.
