Why do we use only the best ingredients and make our desserts and baked goods by hand? Because we want to live up to a family tradition. Our family has been making and selling the best quality pastries for more than five generations. In fact our family’s shop carried the “by appointment to the Belgian royal court” designation. The photo on this page is of our pastry shop in Brussels, Belgium and is from 1901. While we like to try new recipes and techniques we respect how pastry has always been made in our family; with pride, no short-cuts and with the sincerest desire that you, our customer, enjoy every delicious bite.
