Patagonia Banff

Friendly, helpful, pleasant staff.
Totally enjoy shopping at this store compared to the one downtown Calgary.

Can't go wrong with Patagonia.

Staff is just amazing! I was there for at least half an hour, trying a lot of hoodies. They also gave me some hiking recommendations in Banff. Awesome :-)

Whenever I go to Banff I always stop into the store. Staff is always friendly and helpful and generally interested in how your day and visit to the area is going! Great ambassadors for the company!

We've been to dozens of Patagonia stores all over the world and always grabbed a free store location sticker - whether buying something or not. In Bannf we purchased something but they wanted 1.50 for a sticker. They wouldn't budge even when we told them we collected them and were half way around the world and wanted it as a reminder of our trip. When making a purchase I don't think its too much to ask to get a sticker. Stark contrast to the Vancouver store staff who were super friendly and welcomed us with a Patagonia Vancouver embroidered patch, and the other Pata stores we've been to over the years.

Friendly staff and a wide variety of products. Patagonia speaks for itself however the staff are very helpful.
