We are a Home Based family business focused on home baking, Catering & Deliveries.

With 30 years of combined experiences we have worked many varied and diverse areas from Home Baking, Farmers Markets, Celebrity Restaurants, Truck Stops to Field Catering.

We decided to start our business due to the quality of foods that are in our markets in today. I don't know about everyone else but it is getting very confusing what is in our food now, and the majority we cannot digest or process. It is not advertised or labelled clearly. It is bulked out with unnecessary ingredients and copious amounts of salts, flavourings, preservatives.

Have you noticed how the Healthier the ingredients are "supposedly" will also be the more expensive? But when you look closer it was chemically made in a factory!

Hence why we started Paulanna Baking & Catering.

We are focused on bringing back Home made quality good food without the "junk" of todays modern era.
