Pavitra Kriya Yoga Description
If I made a difference in one person's life I have succeeded in my journey during this birth.
I teach at the Agassiz Community Center, Oxygen Studio Chilliwack and run Private classes at home in Harrison. My charges are $25 / hr private class and small groups of max 4 at your house for $60. My focus is to add Meditation and Pranayama along with Yoga exercises. You can also book a private Meditation class where you learn to understand how to activate your Charkra's.

2017 was an amazing year with so much happening. Opening the Spa settling my dad in the comfort of my sisters home and meeting such a wonderful variety of people from so many countries. Year 2018 is beginning with a grand move to the other end of Canada the East coast to live in a quaint town called Collingwood . It’s going to be a another adventure of my life. I’m looking forward to meeting more like minded people who continue to teach me life lessons. The moment we think we got it’ We are bombarded with new information’ that’s life. I love life!
