We used Peakeats again for a party of 6 with a no Gluten request. We love how accommodating they are to food sensitivities!! I must say the quality was excellent, the portions were perfect, definitely convenient to make (put it in a zip lock with water the night before then it just needed to be heated) but the best part is the weight savings. 2 days x 6 people worth of food really didn't add much weight to our packs which is a huge bonus when hiking into the bugs camp ground. The only minor glitch was that the Beef broccoli didn't have as much flavor as last time but it was still delicious. Will continue to order again.
