Pella Windows And Doors

I am unable to comment on the finished product as I haven't received it yet, not happy up to this point, however. I paid several thousands dollars when I made my appointment (which was 2 months from that day) and now I have been advised that my order hasn't been received yet and my appointment put back by a further 3 weeks. Really inconvenient and disappointing.

Pella has an amazing product, the consultation and workmanship were first rate. The problem was when they fell through our roof installing the very last window we couldn't get them to fix it. They made excuses and offered a small portion of the cost.

We have now replaced all of our windows on the main floor with Pella triple glazed windows. Very pleased with the work and the windows. Very clean work and very efficient. Highly recommend

We have Pella triple glass in our dining and family room. No issues with the very cold weather this winter.
