Phil & Kirsty Duncan moved from the Southwest of England to Alberta in 2014. Phil is our Owner / Director. He current works with local businesses in Red Deer and surrounding area. One of his key roles is as the Business Development Director of Black Rock Therapies (recently awarded 2017 Red Deer New Business of the year). In addition, Phil recently took the role of BNI (Business Networking International) President for the Red Deer Chapter. Phil is also the Director of Busine...ss Development for Jet Set Secure, home property watch service. He is currently helping the business on a local scale with further growth of its client base beyond Red Deer and surrounding area. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Modern Languages, Post Graduate Diplomas in European Enterprise Management from Bournemouth University in England and Poitiers University in France, a private pilot’s license and Diplomas in Carpentry and Advanced Driving and is a Master Scuba Diver! Phil’s 8 years working for Moët Hennessy UK primarily as their Trade Development Manager, and his position of Sales and Marketing Director of Driving Force UK, has given Phil the perfect training for taking on this key business consulting role. In his spare time Phil is extremely passionate about rugby and has a strong sporting background. He enjoys weight training at 360 Fitness here in Red Deer. Phil has a passion for learning and was a French and History teacher at Nailsea School in England for 11 years and a Deputy Head Teacher of 6th Form for 5 years before moving to Red Deer. Kirsty is our Owner / Director / Secretary. She currently works as a Quality Leader for Baker Hughes, a GE company. She has over 11 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Management. Kirsty holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and a CQI Quality Diploma. She is a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute and specializes in statistical process improvement, through Lean and Six Sigma applications.
