Filming "The Forgotten People"
"The Forgotten People" is a one-off documentary featuring several young people learning the skillsets of their forefathers—the voyageurs of yester-year. The adventure takes place on the Berland River in Willmore Wilderness Park, where a group will travel to Adams Creek to restore Madeleine Joachim's Grave and another gravesite on Sunset Meadows. Some of the youth are related to Madeleine, the daughter of Colin Fraser, a Hudson Bay Factor from Jasper House (1835-1850) directly connecting the present and the past. This one-hour documentary will be aired in 2019 on Wild TV - Canada's Hunting and Fishing TV Network.

People & Peaks Productions is in post production of THROUGH THE MISTS OF TIME, that will share the story of the BIGGEST MANHUNT IN ALBERTA'S HISTORY. In July of 1913 information had been laid before the North West Mounted Police that Asa Hunting had kidnapped Mildred Shaw, 15-year-old daughter of a homesteader near Beaverlodge, 24-miles to the west of Grande Prairie. A warrant had been issued for Hunting’s arrest but before it could be served the mountain man had disappeared into the rugged foothills, taking the girl with him.
