Be careful.
When i went here this morning with my mom and sister.This man said i have big ears and he said to my sister that one tooth was smaller then the other. We don't approve of this customer service and were very insulted we will never shop here again.
Not a huge fan
The sales associates shoved their noses up at me when I told them I was on a very tight budget as I was a student. They immediately provided no assistance and told me to go to Ardene down the mall to shop instead.
When I'm done mechanical engineering in 4 months, I wont be spending any of my money at this pretentious store.
Staff at this store seem to have a major attitude problem,when i ask questions they seem to be answer smartly and treat me like i am stupid.Simply no dealing with customers skills.
There engagement rings are really nice but i couldnt deal with the lady in the store so i went to Michael Hill and got my ring.
