I've had my wedding set for 14 yrs now even bought a third band for it and I've had nothing but good service and no problems with my rings I take in every 6 months for servicing and never had any problems or concerns staff have been very polite and professional with me.
Wish I could give this company a zero star.
I went ring shopping for my engagement ring last year had one on hold for 12 months while my boyfriend made payments on it. After the last payment was made they gave him a ring that wasn't even the ring I picked out a year ago. completely nothing of my style and was so pissed off I went in to get my ring that we paid over 3500 dollars gave me excuses about this never happens. And when seeing the old ring and the one they tried to exchange it for the lady put both rings in my bag. BUT THINGS LIKE THAT NEVER HAPPEN. After all said and done they found the original ring I picked out last year out of nowhere.
We stumbled upon Mike about a year and a half ago. We will not go anywhere else because Mike is simply the best. He's super helpful and awesome, highly recommended.
Place where it's risky to take ur wife
My boyfriend bought me a ring from People's Jewellers in Crossiron for Christmas. Within 2 weeks the head of the ring(where all the diamonds are) broke off while I was at work. Luckily I had a whole classroom full of kids who helped me look to find it. I took it back that night and the staff at People's were absolutely horrible. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a new one, assuming that maybe it was just a lemon. The sales lady rudely informed me that I'd have to return it, wait a week for it to be processed, then come back and repurchase the ring... waiting another 2 weeks for it to come in. This is all after my boyfriend got the run around on when it was supposed to come in, he'd ordered it a month before Christmas and it arrived on the 23rd. When I said that I would be looking elsewhere for a replacement the sales lady said that was my prerogative. Nice customer service. If you're looking for a ring stay clear of People's, they're ridiculously rude and unhelpful!
At first it wasn't awesome. I had ordered a charm bracelet for my daughters fifth birthday. I ordered it in November. It arrI've at the store about a week after I ordered it. I received an email stating it was there and ready for pick up whenever it was convenient for me. I live 1.5 hours away from the store- in hindsight I should have just paid for the shipping to have it sent to me directly. With Christmas and such, I just never had the chance to get in. There was nothing in the email that stated it was only going to be held for a certain amount of time, I had paid for the product so assumed it would be safe to leave it there until I was able to go in. At the beginning of January I received an email letting me know that my return was succesfully completed and that I would be receiving a refund, which made me pretry upset. I hadn't received a phone call, I had no messeges about it at all. So it was kind of shocking to learn that it had been sent back. When I contacted the Web orders cisomer service the gentleman there was not really able to help me too much sadly, and as far as he could tell the product I had ordered was no longer available. I was heartbroken. I called the store directly and spoke to the manager at cross iron, Mike Shepherd. Who was just a saint, cause I was being really rude to him. (Sorry Mike) he ended up tracking down my bracelet, and had it sent to my door, it arrived literally 3 days later, he didn't charge me anything to do this. Thats customer service. I'll be back in a few months to shop for a new wedding band for my husband. Thank you Mike, you made my daughter a very happy girl.
