Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our Year End Renaissance Assembly this afternoon. It was a great turn out and opportunity to celebrate the amazing students of Percy Baxter School.
Congratulations to all of our Citizenship Stars, Academic Stars, and Ambassadors! A special congratulations to all of our 3X Ambassadors! Your efforts are truly appreciated and we hope to see this continue in the coming school year.

Reminder to all parents and students: Envelopes containing Year-end Progress Reports, Supply Lists for 2018-2019, a Year-end Admin Letter, and Preliminary PAT results for Grade 6 students will be be distributed tomorrow and will be available for pick up at the end of the school day or on Friday at the main office.

A great day for our Grade 8’s! We look forward to seeing where the next journey takes them!

A reminder to those interested in attending PBS, please do not hesitate to stop into the school for a visit. We are currently accepting registrations and completing intake meetings for Grades 6, 7, and 8.

Looking for parent and student volunteer support!

On Wednesday, June 20th at 7:00PM, PBS will be hosting an "Information Evening" for upcoming Grade 6 students! (Grade 5's from Whitecourt Central School, as well as students new to the school division/community)
On this evening, we will provide information regarding core and complementary course programming and scheduling, student supports, as well as extracurricular and co-curricular opportunities in the school. Families will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the layout of the building! This will also be an opportunity for parents/students to ask any questions they may have.
We hope you are able to join us!

A reminder to current PBS Grade 8 parents!

A message from Whitecourt Minor Baseball:
Challenger Baseball is a program run specifically for kids with disabilities.
We have the wonderful opportunity to open a home for Challenger in Whitecourt. We have a very quick turn around as having an established minor baseball program already in place in Whitecourt we really did not have much planning to get Challenger Baseball operational for this season
... We will start running Challenger Baseball this Friday May 25 evenings from 6pm.
