We bought the Ssscat air/sound deterrent spray from this store. The product doesnt work at all, the sensor won't pickup any movement therefore the spray never activates. We went to return it to the store within 30 days, which is their return policy. However the store owner refused to take the return and told us to contact the manufacturer instead. The product didn't have any damage on it and all the parts were there. Truly THIEVES!

Expensive. Some staff are nice, others not really. It's okay.

Best customer service!!! They go above and beyond to help their customers. They've even ordered supplies for me they didn't have. This is my go to store for my dogs needs. The grooming is fantastic there too!

They have really great staff here! A great selection of items at good prices - they have always had stock of the items I'm looking for and a good variety of wet food for cats. Julie was very helpful and helped me carry my things to the car because I had way too much for one person.

Good people and good selection of pet foods etc.
