Pet Planet offers amazing customer service and the employees really make an effort to get to know you and your furry friends. They offer good quality food brands and are helpful in every way, from providing advice on health and grooming to carrying out large purchases if they have the time. Courtney and Gail are both fabulous.

Staff are very nice, I brought my scared dog in and they spent some time with him teaching him strangers aren't so bad, I really appreciated it

I love this Pet Planet! The staff are very friendly and they seem very enthusiastic about helping you provide the best care for your pets. They are knowledgeable about their products and offer good advice. They remember frequent shoppers and are even able to order pet food for you if you buy a brand that they don't have.

Everytime I shop here monthly I leave feeling irritated and frustrated. My husband and I have 2 dogs a senior 17 year old dachshund and a 4 year old heeler. I prefer to pick my own pets meals but the staff here hover around me and insist on "helping". When they see that the previous week the dachshund's food was bought and see me requesting for the heeler's meal. They insist that I buy senior food even when I have told them I have 2 dogs and the heeler is the younger one. The staff here then make the assumption that I am over feeding my dog. Unfortunately, it never clicks to them that I have 2 dogs whose feeds run out days apart. LIkewise, yesterday 26-Apr-17, one female attendant at the shop with silver/blond hair and a male with dark hair whispered some disparaging remarks about me thinking I did not hear them and laughed when I told them of my dog's food sensitivity. You would think that someone who has had pets for many years would know his/her own pet. Likewise, when my husband and I shop for the dog's meals together, I never get treated with such disrespect. I will never shop here again and will be shopping at other Pet Planet stores

Such good people who really know their stuff. This place has better options for your pets than the huge box stores.

We've been coming to this pet store for a while now and love it. Got some great advice on the food we were feeding our pup and major differences in each price point. They always take the time to say hello to our pup and offer her treats. I like their dog food loyalty program as well. Highly recommend.
