Extremely condescending and rude cashier. Have seen the same girl a few times. She had closed before 9pm which is their posted time...I pulled up a few minutes before 9. Talked to me like I was 2 years old regarding her taking my order after she should be closed and the dollar amount of my actual order. Not impressed and will take my business elsewhere. I said many times I appreciated them fitting me in and didn't need the attitude. Byeee.

This pet planet is a nice location to shop at. It's small inside but have everything you need. Great products and friendly staff.

Small store, usually helpful but can be overly pushy about buying food from them over your vet... also they don't always have stock of the food I want.

I've visited this store multiple times and have always enjoyed my experiences. Although, today's visit was completely different. During checkout the conversation of dog food came up. I shared the product that is given to my dog and the cashier immediately questioned/disagreed with my choice. After further debate the cashier in a condensing and belittling way stated he knows more than veterinarians about dog food. As someone who works at a veterinary clinic I find this very unlikely, but I could be wrong. The overall exchange left me flabbergasted that someone could speak to their customers in such rude fashion. I hope this is a rare occurrence as it was an extremely unpleasant exchange. I can firmly state that you have lost my business.

Best Pet Planet Location!! I live in the NE but will drive all the way to this one as its simply the best! The owner is super friendly and always has time for me if I have questions. Awesome product and awesome prices! Love love this store even if it is on the other side of the city from me
