LOVE this pet planet! I've gone to some other pet planets and have to say this location has always delivered better service. You can tell when staff are there just to make money and those who actually take pride in their work. Keep it up Beddington staff :)

This is a great little shop. The owner/manager (I forgot his name) was super helpful trying to work through us looking for a new food for our dog.
Gave us tones of information and recommendations to make our decision. Also the little treats they have by the front door are great. Our dog loves them and they don't make him gassy, which makes it a lot better for us...nothing like your dog running you out of the house.

Will continue to come back.

Awesome place for pet supplies. I like the staff here, they are always friendly and welcome me. The prices for frozen dog products are really good and same with dry foods. The dog toys seem to be a bit pricey. They have lots of great treats for dogs. I go there about once every week and I always bring my dog.

The staff was very helpful and patient, answering all my questions about what is best for my new rescue pup. I was able to get an XL wire frame kennel (big enough for a full grown rottweiler) for $116 because she gave me a $10 new pet discount. She also included a free small food sample (around 350 g) made from high quality ingredients and a free ball! I will be back :)
