Extremely impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service I receive at this location on a weekly basis. Price is very competitive so I shop here all the time. So happy with the new ownership!

The store has a warm family feeling and Mike knows so many customers and animals by name. I always feel very welcome when I am in the store. They have so many varieties of products and are also willing to custom order if I can't find exactly what I am looking for. Mike is very knowledgeable about the food types and really understands the specific animal's needs. I am always looking forward to the new products that are coming in every month. I have been coming here for only a short time, but absolutely love the service and advice I receive. The owners are passionate about what they do, and their love for animals is very obvious. I was once there to pick up dog food and it was sold out, Mike had it in stock and ready to pick up only a couple days later. I recently recommended a bunch of friends to use this location, and they have also had nothing but positive experiences.

I love the new ownership. Excellent customer service. They had just sold out of our brand of dog food. Mike ensured it was coming on the next order and we received a call when it was ready for pick up. I find the staff to be knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I've had.
