I always receive stellar customer service. The ladies know what I get and never forget to ask for my phone number. Tonight I was reminded of the pet photos and BBQ this Saturday July 8th, found the flyer in the bag. She tucked it in my bag when we were chatting at check out. I really enjoy shopping at Pet Valu.

My pups and I visit monthly to stock up on dog/cat food as well as cat sand. The staff are always extremely friendly and very helpful. It's always a nice trip to this Pet Valu.

This is the closest pet store to my house and I'm supper happy it is. The staff has always been super friendly, and quick to answer any questions. The one lady let my oldest son "interview" her about his guinea pigs abd what's best for them. They have great deals on food, plus a big variety including raw. They have a discount card that gets you a free bag of their pet food brand every 12 purchases, with multiple pets that sure adds up quick. I love that they often have events like halloween/spring/Christmas photoshoots with your pets or meet and greets with local rescues. They also always have a cat or two up for adoption. Just a great pet store, I'd definitely recommend.
