So I was there bathing my dog I have done it once before about 4 months ago. As I was paying an employee said I'm not welcome here again because my dog was sprayed by a skunk. I said my dog was not sprayed by a skunk. She said yes you were here not that long ago and I can still smell skunk. I said my dog has never been sprayed by a skunk, pretty sure I would smell it. She said yes he was. You must have me mistaken with someone else as I haven't been here for quite sometime. She said maybe but your not welcome here. I get other feeders from there it's unfortunate I'm not welcome any more. This will however be the last time as I'm very certain my dog has never been sprayed by a skunk. Horrible customer service especially when she clearly was mistaken

I buy all my dog food here. Great rewards program. Buy 10 get 11th free, since my dog will always need to eat... Why not. Always friendly and pretty good prices.

We love this store. won't go anywhere else. Our dog requires a limited ingredient dog food and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and are all extremely caring and friendly. Even offered to put us on a food list so that Everytime we get food, they order us another and never have to wait!

The Pet Valu staff here are the nicest people in the world! My pup loves going there. The owner is knowledgable and all the staff truly love animals! The dog wash is also great since my boy is too big to wash at home. And we love the cute cookies they sell! They have a great variety of healthy treats and high quality food. The toy selection is also great. This is the only place we can buy my pups favorite leather toys!
They also hold a lot of adoption events which i think is great!
