Pete The Plumber

Pete has done a bunch of work for us over the last couple of years; water heater, water softener, fixed a leaking pipe, and yesterday they installed an air conditioner.

Every interaction has been consistently excellent whether it is the booking agent, estimator, plumber or electrician. Work site is always left spotless, they are on time, they are friendly and courteous. Prices are fair.

I am very happy to support local businesses and Pete the Plumber is the best in town, hands down.

Just had my hot water tank replaced and it was easy and painless. The plumber was a few minutes early and eventhough he had to go back to the shop for some parts everything was done in an hour - new tank installed and old tank in his truck. He was polite and friendly and showed me the work he completed and what had to be changed to bring things up to code. Will definitely recommend their services.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Pete the Plumber for helping us choose the right Hot Water Tank for our home. As expected everything went great, from our meeting with Pete in the showroom, to the installation at home. Taylor and Joe did the hard work. I need to replace the hose bib outside my house. As soon as JACKSON from Pete The Plumber heard that my basement is fully developed, he gave me an option to use an access panel to cover up the small hole in the ceiling instead of having to spend a few hundred dollars to repair it after the job is completed. This morning the hose bib was replaced and the ceiling was nicely fixed within 45 minutes! I truly appreciate his initiative to provide good suggestions and service to customers.

We got the Sinope water leak detection system installed and our master water valve changed. Pete and his staff were on time, professional, good technical work by Stu the journeyman and they were eager to try a product I introduced to them. The value for services was excellent! We got to make a video with them for the new product which was kind of fun as well. I would recommend Pete for any of your plumbing or HVAC services.

Wayne Rook and I have used Pete The Plumber for full plumbing replacement, earlier this year and were very pleased with the excellent job, done by Doug and his team.
Recently we purchased new appliances which required gas hook-up for our range, swapping out dishwasher and fridge. Once again we requested Doug, who did an great job with difficult range fit.
We would highly recommend Pete The Plumber and will use them again when we replace our furnace.

I am so impressed with the service I have received from this company. I've had to call twice this week for emergency services, and both times the people on the phone and the technicians they sent out were so helpful and efficient, and made sure that I was not charged a penny more than was necessary to complete the job. I have never experienced this level of service from another plumbing company. Special thanks to James and Jay!

Our situation is unique and I was told that I needed to speak to Pete himself. I left a message and he promptly returned my call. My daughter (single mom of 5) was diagnosed with colon cancer and is not working during treatment. Her water tank in her manufactured home went and with very limited funds a new tank seemed impossible at this time. Pete was fabulous and arranged for one of his technicians to come and have a look. Jake arrived on time and assessed the situation. When I asked him how much this would cost her, Jake advised me that Pete is donating this to her cause, no charge. He made an appointment to return and arrived exactly on time. Jake and Jay installed a new hot water tank, they were extremely professional and yet made us laugh, when we needed it most. We could not have possibly had better technicians arrive. I am overwhelmed with the compassion and service that we received from Pete, Jake and Jay. Thank you so much for helping us out. I would highly recommend Pete the Plumber to everyone.

Zach was there to take the call when I needed plumbing done. I had a toilet, 2 sinks and fixtures to replace. The price was far better than any other Plumber in Calgary, Zach replaced everything even the old rusted water valves with new chrome valves. It's amazing how skilled and knowledgeable Zach was. Everything was installed professionally, flawlessly. I didn't expect Pete the plumber to send in the same guy's you see on the commercials, and I ended up getting Thor.

My hot water tank blew out the bottom on Saturday. I didn't want to pay emergency pricing so I waited to call on Monday. I researched lots of places over the weekend and decided on them. They came out on Wednesday and our installer Jake was friendly. He provided fast efficient service. Pricing is great and the warranty provided is awesome. I really appreciate being able to go and have a shower now. Highly recommend Pete the Plumber.

We just used Pete the Plumber for the first time and they were awesome. Jimmy N was our service provider and he did a great job. After the work was complete he gave me a full tutorial on how to drain our hot water tank etc. Jimmy also went above and beyond by helping push our broken down jeep back into the driveway and off the sidewalk. Service was excellent!!! Plumber who came out was very friendly. He fixed the problem with the toilet we were having problems with and checked our other two toilets at the same time to make sure they were running correctly. I would highly recommend this plumbing company as I have always received excellent service from them on all the plumbing work they have done in my house.

We had a gas line put in for a stove/oven and BBQ. It was done efficiently and they went above and beyond. Zach and Troy were our guys and I would recommend them to my friends and family. We did not prepare properly for the actual installation of the appliances, but Zach was a good sport and did all the heavy lifting even though it wasn't a requirement. Thanks!

Had Pete's install a sewer line back water valve and a new water main line valve. The guys did a great job and were very friendly.
I did have an issue with the price changing from the original quote during the install but this was later sorted out by the service manager. If you do have an issue definitely speak with the service manager, he is very friendly and understanding. I'm glad I did.
