I visit this store and there are various guys helping me and they are always nice to me. But this I went there to a totally different experience. I asked this girl to catch a pair of cichlid for me. I pointed them out. And she was like totally trying not to give that pair to me. She was experienced person. I also asked her that, if it is difficult for you to catch them, I can catch them and she said, "If I can't catch them, you won't be able to catch them". Dude, I am keeping fish since I was a kid so for about 20 years now. That was totally disrespectful to me. She also knew that I got experience as I already told her I kept frontosas for a long time. Next time I asked her can I catching them. She said no...you didn't washed your hands. I was totally getting it that she didn't wanted to give me those fish. Maybe she wanted to keep them for herself as they were already a pair. She was Kira. I was trying to control my anger. But yeah she was a bad assistant. And her attitude was like if I can't do this thing in the world, nobody can. Other than that the store is good. No problems with the store.

I had a great experience here. I was in getting frozen feeders for my snakes at home a few weeks ago with my 2 year old, and this lady in the reptile department I think it was Chantelle helped me out. She was super helpful , friendly and knows her reptiles! I'll be coming back just for her!

I go here pretty often, staff is very nice. Cats look way too depressed and seem like they don't get enough care and attention they need. It's just extremely painful to even look at them, they are lifeless..

We have purchased a few pets (2 gecko's) from this place, 2 different locations, and we love the way they care

DO NOT not use their grooming service. My dog is a bit timid and a little anxious, in new situations. She is familiar with this store as she attended puppy classes at their location, the trainers are awesome. Last month I brought Tasha in for a grooming and they were concerned because she sneezed on the grooming table and her nose bleed. There were no issues when I got her home and her vet said there was nothing to wary about, Last Saturday, while at the groomer she sneezed and her nose bleed. They put her in a kennel, wet, soapy and half groomed. ( If you call shaving half her body and her head a grooming) they called us to take her home. They stated that she is a sick dog and needs to get a certificate from a vet for her health. I just brought them all her paper work showing her shots are up to date, so they know she has been to a vet. I even called them after the first incident and said she was fine. Dogs under stress can get nosebleeds. What do they do to cause the poor dogs that much stress. Tasha was cold, wet and looked like one of the toddlers had got at her with a pair of dull scissors. I will not bring any of my animals back there for a grooming or purchase any other product or service due to the actions of their grooming Salon.

Not only did you guys sell me fish that need a bigger tank, you also gave me a pregnant fish and also I wake up this morning to all of them having ik thanks alot petland I'll be there today to return these fish along with a sample of my water which I know it isnt my water. I'll never buy anything there again I woke up crying thanks for nothing petland. Ypu guys are a joke

The store is cool. But on the date of my scheduled job interview the manager didn't even show up or call me to let me know he wouldn't be there. If that's an indication of how customers are taken care of I'm glad he wasn't there.

Definitely check this place got amazing pets with friendly stuff Tammy helped me with getting two budgies and a cage with food and everything for them. Ask for Tammy when you guys visit this place coz she's amazing
