The store itself and the manager are amazing. The reason for the bad review is that today I took my dog in for grooming and was quoted $73 on the website and at the store this morning. When I went to pay i got charged $99, I questioned it and was told because my Maltese was taller then other Maltese he's not classified a Maltese. After letting her know that have been grooming for the last 2 years and he hasn't grown since his last 6 weeks ago. She changed the price for today but moving forward the charge is 99. What a joke this is.

Was in to buy stuff for a new family member. Place was clean and easy to find what i was looking for. Staff was pleasant and prices where decent.

I when there just an hour ago and i am very dissapointed. especially to the lady who identify her self as the fish manager other members are great aside to that manager.

staff are pretty good, but products that are stocked (dog treats specifically) can go months between selling out and being restocked
