Pauline is absolutely amazing at doing nails. She is very gentle at cuticle removal which is typically painful for me. She is also meticulous with polish application!

Lucy, the owner, is great at lash application. She is talented and very quick.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 9 months, and highly recommend it. I always book at the last minute for all my services and they can always accomodate my schedule. The staff is very skilled at what they do and they keep the salon very clean!

Very expensive salon the lady charged me $68 for just a shellac pedicure she did do a good job, but I was not satisfied with how she did not massage my feet.. like that's the whole point of going in and getting your feet done. Like I just delivered a baby eight days ago I would have loved a good foot rub! Anyways I won't be going back, I could of went to Marlborough Mall and gotten a mani and pedi for $68!!
A pedicure should not of costed over $40!
I also had booked my appointment and when I got there I was sitting there waiting as the lady was busy doing another women's manicure, I had my appointment booked for 8:00pm and she didn't start doing my pedicure until 8:30pm.
Like I went in there with both my kids I had an appointment booked yet I had to sit around and wait, what was the whole point of the appointment then?! I didn't end up leaving there till 9:45pm and they close at 9:00pm.

I get my nails and brows done here whenever I get the chance to go back to Calgary because, let me tell you, Lucy is the only person who knows how to shape my brows the way I like them, and they also do a great job with gel nails. For whatever reason my nail polish always chip after a couple of days, but the shellac nails I get here last a really long time.

I also love the facials the Westbrook location provides. When I go in for a facial, not only do they use awesome products (GM Collin), but they always make an effort to explain what each product does, and suggest products that would help with my particular skin issues. I used to have really large pores and Lucy was able to provide me with a number of skin care products that closed up those awful, often dirt filled pores on the top of my nose. My skin has never looked better! Although this is not the most fancy spa in Calgary, I definitely do think it provides great services for the price point . Specifically, the facials (and products used) are just as good as the $300+ facial I've gotten at high end US spas.

Went to get a mani and a pedi with some girl friends at phamtastic nails. French Mani was horribly done. Woman re-did nails over and over again but clearly had no idea how to do them. Each time SHE RE-did them they looked worse and worse. The pedi was fine only complaint is that polish was not put on evenly. Then when we had payed all the wemon got out there wallets and were passing cash around and dealing with the tip right infront of us and actually stoped working to do so. Was VERY unprofessional. Overall not impressed. Will not be going back.

They were friendly and talked me through how to get my nails healthier after having acrylic taken off, but the manicure was terrible. It's cracked on some nails, cuticles were bleeding (I had to grab a kleenex because she didn't do anything for it) and she painted on my skin. You can see the layers of polish on my thumb and there's a pretty big gap between the polish and the cuticle so it looks like it's already a week grown out. I'm happy to have the acrylic off but pretty unhappy with the outcome.
