Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters - Stephen Ave

We have had a long term friendship and partnership with O5 Tea owner Pedro Villalon, and wanted to share this video with you about their tea bar in Vancouver:

We took my 82 year old mother to Phil & Sebastian's Stephens Ave. location yesterday. She had never been to a specialty coffee shop before & was over the moon when she watched Aimee create a design in her latte. When she finally drank enough that the design was gone she said "Wow this is Really Good coffee". She ended up picking up a lb. of coffee to take home. They have lunch items at this location, even gluten free buns. Lunch was fabulous & the young man who took our order took the time to answer all our questions & describe how my husbands cold brew was made. All in all this place was fabulous & we will be returning again & again everytime we are in Calgary. My Mom is still talking today her experience.

This is probably the first good coffee I've had since 2 weeks travelling around Canada. Definitely on par with Melbourne coffee! Will def recommend �

Pleasant service. Very good coffee and pain au chocolat. Solid cafe.
