About Phine Design
Hi guys, so currently I work with CTM Design Services Ltd. , and I love it. We focus on commercial designs, which include site design, space planning and design, interior design and renovations. We also do all the applications for development and building permits as well we lead the project through construction conducting all the necessary inspections. We utilize Auto-CAD and Revit as out drafting /modeling tools, I'm a project lead and a Senior Designer at CTM. Besides my main job, I also am a landlord, if you want a crash course on design on a budget, renovating and maintaining rentals is the way to do it ;) I haven't done too many residential designs but I'm interested in it and enjoyed designing our house, or I should say I still am designing our house. . . always a live project haha. What I also found out is that I enjoy and I'm pretty good at staging houses for sale, and we got some quick sales because of that. . . or I'm going to claim it's because of that anyway ;) So, I created this page because I want to share my designs, maybe in the future time permitting I will do this full time, but I need feed back first : ) My philosophy is designing on a budget, I myself will not spend obscene amount of money for a designer name items. . . I rather save and travel, but I will look for similar cost friendly items /designs that will work just fine. All of us has good pieces that can be used in the design, it's just a matter of knowing how to arrange or tweak them to make them work in a space : ) I'll be posting some design tips and things I learn or learned in my profession for your enjoyment, I hope you will find it interesting.
